Welcome to GLAM SAREE (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access, use, and purchase of products from www.glamsaree.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

(2) ELIGIBILITY
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
(3) PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTION
We sell sarees and textile products. Product images are for reference only. Minor variations in colour, weave, print, or finish due to photography, screen resolution, or handcrafted processes do not constitute defects.
(4) PRICING, TAXES & COMPOSITE SUPPLY
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST, packing, shipping, and insurance charges.
Composite Supply: All supplies made through this website are treated as composite supplies under GST law, where saree is the principal supply and packing, shipping, and insurance are ancillary services. No separate shipping or insurance fee is charged. GST is charged as per the principal supply.
(5) ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per these Terms & Conditions.
(6) SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We ship across India using reputed courier partners. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. All shipments are insured during transit until delivery. Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided.
(7) PARCEL INSPECTION & REJECTION AT DELIVERY
If parcel is visibly damaged before delivery, customers are advised to reject the parcel at delivery. Do not accept the parcel, take clear photographs of the damaged parcel and courier label, record a short video showing the damaged parcel, and inform our support team immediately. This helps faster insurance processing.
If parcel is accepted despite visible damage, all post-delivery claims must strictly follow the 360° parcel opening video rule below.
(8) MANDATORY 360° PARCEL OPENING VIDEO (COMPULSORY)
For all claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong products, a clear, continuous 360° parcel opening video is compulsory. The video must start before opening the sealed parcel, show all sides of the parcel (360° view), clearly display the courier label and seal, show opening in one continuous video without cuts or edits, and clearly show the product after opening. Claims without a valid 360° video will not be accepted.
(9) RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Eligible cases include product damaged during transit or incorrect product delivered. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with complete evidence.
Non-returnable or non-refundable cases include change of mind, colour or design variation due to screen or photography, minor textile irregularities, washed or used products, missing tags or invoice, claims raised after 48 hours, claims without valid evidence, or parcel rejection without valid reason.
(10) PARCEL REJECTION WITHOUT VALID REASON
If a customer rejects the parcel without a valid reason such as change of mind, order placed by mistake, delivery delay, or personal preference, courier, packing, insurance, and return courier charges will not be refunded. Any refund, if approved, will be net of logistics and handling costs. Repeated misuse may lead to order restrictions.
(11) REFUND MODE & TIMELINE
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment only within 7–10 business days after approval. Cash refunds are not permitted.
(12) CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
(13) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including text, images, logos, and designs belongs to GLAM SAREE and is protected under applicable laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
(14) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the invoice value of the product. We are not responsible for courier delays or force majeure events.
(15) GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, we have established a grievance redressal mechanism.

(16) GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
